Description

The Pump-Drain is an OEM part for Whirlpool dishwasher modules. It serves as the water pump that actively removes dirty water from the wash chamber, directing it to the garbage disposal or home drainage system. 

Causes for a faulty Pump-Drain can stem from mineral buildup clogging impeller fins over time. Wear and tear on seals or electrical failure of motor components are also possible from prolonged usage.  

Symptoms of a bad Pump-Drain include:
