Michael D Granada Hills , CA November 10, 2017 Appliance: Whirlpool Washer GHW9200LW0 The start button was pushed into the control panel and could not start machine I'm glad there was a video and detailed instructions on how to access the control panel. I was not sure if the button itself broke, or worse the attachment point on the control panel was the broken part. The only way to tell was to disassemble the machine to access the control panel. I needed to know to be able to order the correct part. Unfortunately I found that it was the very thin plastic piece of the control panel that had broken. I had to order the full panel. I received it a few days after my order and was able to once again disassemble the top end of the machine, remove the control panel, swap over all of the buttons from the old to the new panel and reassemble the machine. The entire process took about 15 minutes. It was as easy as it could be once I understood how to access it. The Video was the key component. My machine is once again as good as new.
