Replace all new retaining ring, blower wheel, clamp, retaining ring, then blower cover and front cover to dryer. Super easy fix!! Charles L Charleroi , PA November 11, 2016 Appliance: Model ADMIRAL AYG1000AWW GAS DRYER The plastic spindle of the blower wheel was cracked and making noise Took the blower wheel housing apart, removed the retaining ring, pulled the old blower wheel off and slid the new blower wheel on. The new one is tight, so put a very thin film of Vaseline on the shaft first and lightly tap the center of the blower wheel with a rubber hammer until it seats on the shaft. Attached new retaining ring and re-assembled the blower housing. Put dryer back together. Amazed how quickly parts arrived!
