Description

This rotor is the rotating core of the dishwasher's wash motor. Paired with the stator, it spins to drive water circulation through the spray arms, helping restore consistent spray action and cleaning performance.

• Works with the stator to create the magnetic rotation that powers the wash/circulation pump
• Failure can result in little or no spray action and poor cleaning results
• Can lead to intermittent wash or loss of circulation during the cycle

• Disconnect power and water supply before servicing
• Access the wash motor/sump from beneath the unit; removal from the cabinet may be required
• Remove the motor cover/retainer, pull the old rotor straight out, and fully seat the new rotor; handle magnet surfaces carefully
• Reassemble, restore connections, and run a short cycle to check for leaks and proper circulation
