William T Farmingdale , NY December 22, 2015 Appliance: Whirlpool Washer LSQ9645KQ1 The drum was off center and tilted forward right and water was pouring on the floor Springs were broken and back bracket was bent I replaced the bracket and all four Springs including the vertical one. I removed the cabinet as shown in the video. Then with a pair of vise grips's removed the springs one by one and replace them. The bracket was rusted And bent i used a quarter inch socket with a quarter inch ratchet to remove the screw. Due to the rust i used penetrating oil the screw. Read More... Purchased parts from AppliancePartsPros.com; order correctly filled and parts arrived by FedEx within two working days. Performed repairs as instructed. "Plastic welded" holes in poly outer tub using similar plastic (PP) using a cheap soldering iron - worked perfectly, saved >$150 for new tub. Washer now like brand new.
