Description

This front seal sits at the leading edge of the dishwasher door opening to keep wash water and steam contained. Replacing a worn seal helps stop front-edge drips and protects adjacent cabinetry and flooring.

• Creates a watertight barrier along the front tub-to-door interface
• Helps prevent leaks at the bottom/front of the door during cycles
• Replace if the seal is cracked, flattened, torn, or missing
• Common symptoms: water under the kick panel, damp streaks at the front lip, visible wear

• Disconnect power and turn off the water supply before servicing
• Open the door, remove the old seal, and clean the front lip/channel thoroughly
• Center and press the new seal fully into place without stretching; ensure even compression
