Edward I Ocean View , NJ June 10, 2017 Freezer gasket was leaking and fridge gasket had a rip Ordered the gasket kit. The shipping time was quick. The installation was more difficult than anticipated. The inside of the door had to be removed there were about 30 hex head screws. the new gasket then had to be fitted to the interior of the door and then placed on the outer part of the door and the screws replaced. The screw replacement took longer than anticipated as there were eight corner screws that were very difficult to manage because of the inside design of the gasket. The screws all had to be left loose and the door put back on the fridge to adjust it to a proper fit, then tighten the screws while the door was on the fridge. The instructions did not address this type of application. If you are not a little mechanically inclined you might want to leave this to a professional. My fridge in a Maytag by the way. One more thing my left wrist is broken in a hard cast so my wife helped a lot. The seal is great on the new gasket.
