Description

This replacement agitator shaft restores the connection between the washer transmission and agitator so laundry moves properly during the cycle. Replaces a worn or damaged shaft to help eliminate agitation failure and restore normal washing action. What it does:

• Transfers rotational force from the transmission to the agitator so clothes are moved and cleaned
• Commonly replaced when the agitator refuses to move, spins freely, or washing action is inconsistent
• Can address grinding or knocking noises coming from the transmission/agitator area
