Tim M Menifee , CA June 08, 2018 Dryer timer knob needed replacement The knob from the dryer was removed by someone for some reason and then lost. Searched online to find a replacement. I came across Appliance Parts Pros. Found the site to be easy to navigate and the tutorial videos helpful. I placed an order for parts. What was most impressive was that APP made an online promise to have parts delivered next day. That was an aggressive commitment considering I ordered parts late morning on a Monday. As promised, parts were delivered the next day and I was able to assemble the knob using the online video instruction. Very happy with the overall experience of shopping, ordering and receiving parts from Appliance Parts Pros. I can say that I will definitely look to them when I have a need to order replacement parts in the future.
