Nick L Wesley Chapel , FL July 13, 2018 Appliance: Whirlpool Refrigerator GI5FSAXVY02 Water dispenser was just a drip and loud noise when inserting new water filter. With the appliance pros help, I checked if the water valve was working. You can check voltage there or press the water dispense lever and feel the water valve actuate ( small click with your finger on the valve). The only part left was the filter head assembly, I watched their video which made this a 10 minute change. These guys shipped on time and made a expensive service call only the cost of the part.Oh and they answered the phone on a Saturday for this troubleshooting assistance.
