Evan R Beavercreek , OH August 28, 2014 Upper sprayer bar falling off repeatedly Replaced the sprayer bar AND the nut that it fits into. Fully a 5 minute job, with no complications. Previously, it came off during each use of the dishwasher. In the 3 washes since then, no problems. I appreciate the availability of the parts, low price, and rapid shipment that was well packed. Can't go wrong here. Thanks! Read More... 10 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
Christina L Castle Pines , CO November 24, 2015 Upper spray arm fell off Ordered a new spray arm (because the old one finally broke into two pieces after falling off several times, and this time the arm melted next to the heat coils) AND ordered the new nut because of all the information posted by other users (thank you). Had to use pliers to get the old nut to unscrew, but once it was off, getting the new nut in was easy. Then popped on the new spray arm, and voila, the next load of dishes came out much cleaner! Yay! Stephen W Ocean , NJ July 20, 2020 Appliance: Magic Chef Dishwasher CDB6100AWE The upper spray arm was falling off inside the dishwasher I called customer service for Magic Chef dishwashers (MCA Corporation). I spoke to an actual person rather than a recording, which was THRILLING. And HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT! He helped identify my problem, directed me to AppliancePartsPros.com and told me which parts to order. I paid about $11 for the arm and the nut, it arrived in a day or 2. It took me about 5 minutes to install it without any tools and it works perfectly now. It cost me $11 and 5 minutes to repair my 18 year old dishwasher. Larry W Hamilton , OH February 10, 2020 The spray arm was falling off the nut spray connection. Replaced both the nut spray and the spray arm. The big issue seemed to be the nuts spray hole, had rounded out an allowed the spray arm to fall off when water pressure was applied. Nut spray just threaded on so the repair was very very easy.
