He helped identify my problem, directed me to AppliancePartsPros.com and told me which parts to order. I paid about $11 for the arm and the nut, it arrived in a day or 2. It took me about 5 minutes to install it without any tools and it works perfectly now. It cost me $11 and 5 minutes to repair my 18 year old dishwasher.
