Beth N Brookings , OR July 09, 2017 Arm spray on dishwasher Funny, my husband did it. We have a service contract but you know how long that still takes. So he found the part at the bottom of the dishwasher and it had a number on it. He went to your site and and found the part. Yes it was a little cheaper else where like everything else but what the other sites didn't have he said was the video on how to do it. He explained he felt that takes money to produce so the few dollars more were worth it to him and he can be cheap. We had it in two days like you said also without overnight which was more. Great and we are very lucky Appliance Parts Pros are around. Read More... 45 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes Tools: Screwdrivers

Rene L Port Orchard , WA September 14, 2021 Appliance: Model KENMORE 665.13259K113 The dishes began to come out dirty spotted and generally not cleaned filters were checked and cleaned black residue was found on floor of dishwasher 1. Ran white vinegar through the wash cycle, twice. Helped a little. 2. Used pointed objects to clean holes in spray arms. 3. Replaced all spray arms with new parts ordered from you. 4. Found manifold for upper tray was broken. Replaced manifold. Seems to be working now. The only thing I cannot figure out is how to change the upper spray arm at the top of the dishwasher. It is supposed to pop out; but when I attempt to remove the old arm, the water line pulls loose. I have left the old one in place for now. Took longer to look up the parts than it did to replace them. Read More... 2 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
