Patrick M Saginaw , MI November 22, 2020 Appliance: Model ON WSHING MACHINE Balancing springs broke on washer Store that sold the washer could not get the parts needed for 3 weeks due to delivery from factory. I told them I could get them with a week, I did and I was able to get a repairman in to do the job in 2 hours. Thanks to you. I didn't have the tool to replace the springs, that is why I had to get a serviceman in. I did not want to take the chance that the bracket was broken either. Read More...
