Albert W Bushton , KS May 21, 2016 Appliance: Model WHIRLPOOL RANGE RJE 3750 N One of the springs broke on our oven door made it heavy and it would not 'stay in place when halfway open Ordered two new springs and clips. Pulled out the bottom drawer and replaced the old spring and the one that had broken. This only took about ten or fifteen minutes and was very easy. Now the door works as it should. Of course, one was broken. I removed the broken spring and installed the new one. It was a very easy fix. Got a price on the springs, which btw were kess expensive than a few other shops I visited. The parts came in less than a week and were very easy to replace. Now my oven door is good as new!
