I Google the symptoms, went to appliancepartspros.com and ordered the latch assembly parts. While ordering the parts I watched their repair video. Saved $'s didn't need an appliances repair, plumber, or handy man. Simple and only a flat head screw driver to pull ge old striker out then popped in the new one. The unfortunate thing is that this machine was brand new not used for one year and the striker had broken. All fixed now and working great! Read More...
