Derek C Nashville , TN January 11, 2015 Appliance: Whirlpool Refrigerator ET18GKXHW00 The bar that supports the lower glass shelf and drawers was missing I had to cut down the length of the bar using a Dremel so that it would fit into the channels, it was originally too wide to fit into the fridge. One thing to note, only cut it as wide as the actual fridge; you can get it into the plastic shelf structure by sliding it too much into one side, and then guiding it into the other side. Steven F Oakham , MA December 23, 2017 Appliance: Model ET*MTKXKQ02 The previous tenant took the crisper drawers out as well as the metal support for the bottom shelf I went to the online parts diagrams for my make and model number. here I found 3D views of this refrigerator. These views show all of the different parts that you can buy thru AppliancePartsPros. I made a list ordered the parts. The parts were delivered on Wednesday after ordering them Sunday night. The parts are Certified Whirlpool parts. I drove the 1 1/2 to the house and the parts fit perfectly. Thrilled I was able to replace both drawers the drawer support and bottom shelf for approx. $150 with shipping included!!! Read More...
