Barbara H Wendell , ID December 23, 2019 Crisper drawers would not stay in place I ordered the part that fits between the drawers, I watched the video, took everything out of the refrigerator that I needed to and then I cleaned the refrigerator, it took longer than fixing the problem, I took out the broken rod and put the new one in, put everything back together.
