Richard K Katy , TX October 21, 2014 Appliance: Model KITCHENAID KUDS301XBL1 Dishes would not clean pump was working but not enough pressure operate the spray arm appeared that the pump was being "starved" Chopper screen was completely blocked. Chopper blades separated from the shaft. Retainer ring came off of the shaft but was able to re install the chopper assembly. Worked fine after cleaning the screen and reassembly the lower spray arm. I chose normal shipping. The part arrived Saturday and in less than 10 minutes I had the dishwasher running normal again.
