Kenneth M Issaquah , WA January 11, 2016 Broken porcelain bracket that supports upper heating element While cleaning the microwave, I accidentally dislodged the porcelain bracket. It shattered when it fell to the floor. I inserted the tab of the replacement bracket into the punched opening at a right angle, then rotated it to lock it in.
