Replaced it. It took over 4 months to get the part due to a lack of inventory. I initially ordered from another supplier who after several months sent an incorrect part. Shifted to AppliancePartsPros. They confirmed the inventory shortage and gave me a two-month delivery estimate. About a month into the wait, they provided an update. The next update was noticed. That the part had arrived and was being shipped. Part arrived on time. Correct part, well packed, took about a minute to unpack and replace the broken tray. Excellent service from APP.

This was a very easy replacement of the broken glass turntable. What stood out most for me on this was the great experience I had with ApplicancePartsPros.com. I rarely, if ever, write reviews but this experience deserves notice. I found a couple other sites that had a slightly lower price, but AppliancePartsPros.com made it easier for me to verify that I was ordering the right part. On checkout, I selected standard shipping but the part arrived the next day. It was very well packaged (glass so i was worried) and was exactly the right part. Highly recommend and I will turn to them first the next time i need an appliance part.

When I ordered the new platter the description stated it was plastic but when I received it it was an exact replacement made of glass.
