After the other time I took pictures of the back and sides with the screws I needed to use to remove the range top circled. That helped a bunch over the first time. Kathy R Atlantic Beach , FL November 28, 2014 The back burner surface element burned out and the indicator light on the suface remained on although burner was cool My husband unscrewed and lifted the glass top to replace the small rear surface element, ( 20 minutes - new wiring was a little different) then pulled the stove out, unscrewed and removed the back panels to replace the infinite switch behind the corresponding knob. The surface heat indicator light which had remained on for about 2 years was no longer on. Just as your technician had predicted. Thanks! Read More...
