Steven G Lebanon , IN September 16, 2016 Burner stayed on ordered new infinity control switch Tried to order new switch on line. Wasn't sure if I had the right one selected. Called customer service and they helped me get the right part. Was very surprised how quick I received it. It was the correct part and was able to repair the problem. I recommend that you write down where the wires go and maybe take a picture as well before you pull off the wires. I had seven individual wires with six different colors. Was able to repair the range with a cordless drill with Phillips tip driver.
