Description

This touchpad control panel allows you to select cooking functions, set temperatures, and program timer settings on your oven. The membrane switch responds to finger pressure to activate different oven modes and display information. Replace this part if buttons don't respond when pressed, the display shows incorrect information, or certain cooking functions can't be selected.

Controls failed and error code was f7

Researched on your web page and replacing the control panel was the recommended fix. Ordered it and received quickly considering the snow storm hitting No. Cal and Oregon. Found a diagram on how to access the panel from online search and the fix was pretty easy. Hex nut driver, Phillips head screw driver and star bit were used.

Received error codes on a 12 year old jenn air range

Originally thought problem was the control panel and replaced with two before it gave me a code for the whole front panel. Your website had the part and shipped overnight and was able to install in five minutes. My Easter meal was saved so thank you very much!
