Bryan W Duvall , WA November 19, 2021 Appliance: Kenmore Undercounter Dishwasher 66513963K015 Dishwasher was turning off Dishwasher was turning off 30-120sec after starting a cycle. I tried turning off power and resetting, didn't help. I then ran a diagnostic test and it was showing errors F6E4 F6E6 F8E1and F-E-, all of which I was able to find the cause except the last. I was prepared to order the different parts related to these errors but was distracted for a day or two. During this time, the dishwasher started running on it's own when the door was closed. I did more reading about this symptom and others stated the starting on it's own was related to a failed Electronic Control Board. I ordered here and replaced the ECB figuring the errors were a symptom of a larger issue and it was right. It took me about 20min to remove/install/replace all the necessary pieces through a video i found on here and it fixed the issue instantly. It's been running great for the last week. Kathy C Bentleyville , PA July 25, 2021 Appliance: Whirlpool Dishwasher WDF331PAHW0 Our dishwasher would not fill with water. I researched what could cause the problem, discovered it most likely was a sensor. I googled the make and model for parts and came across Appliance Parts Pros. Ordered the sensor and decided to also order the water level float lever, since it was next to sensor on the schematics shown on their website. Parts were shipped quickly! My husband had never done anything like this before and the website also gives you videos that show you step by step how to replace the parts. In less than 10 minutes he had the parts replaced and the dishwasher running!!! Appliance Parts Pros will now be my go to before a repairman!!!
