Description

This oven thermostat regulates your range's cooking temperature. It senses the oven cavity and switches the heat on and off to maintain your set point, helping restore accurate, consistent baking and roasting results.

• Regulates oven temperature by sensing heat and cycling the burner/element to hold the set point
• Symptoms of a failing thermostat include running too hot or too cool
• Food may bake unevenly, be undercooked/overcooked, or the oven may not reach the set temperature
• Preheat may take excessively long or temperature may swing widely
• Heat may not cycle off once the set temperature is reached
