I watched a Youtube video and found it was an easy repair and a few dollars in parts from AppliancePartsPros.com. I had previously bought parts from here, are reasonably priced, and they come in quick. I changed the door parts in 1/2 an hour and it was working great. Saved me from buying a new refrigerator. Michael E Sioux Falls , SD February 07, 2022 Appliance: Model GSS26C4XXF03 Door didn’t self close. My Whirlpool refrigerator model GSS26C4XXF03 door wouldn’t swing shut all the way like it used to. So I changed the two lower cams. This cam #WPW10257203 was a perfect match but I needed to change the matching cam on the hinge, also, which require some modification to fit (I ordered cam #W11311687). The whole thing would have taken less than 15 minutes if I didn’t have to modify the other cam.
