Description

This mechanical 3-cycle dishwasher timer governs the order and duration of the wash, rinse, drain, and dry stages. Replacing a worn or seized timer restores proper cycle advancement when the dishwasher stalls, won't start a cycle, or runs indefinitely. What it does:

• Controls cycle timing by routing power to the motor, heater, valve, and drain components at set intervals
• Coordinates wash, rinse, drain, and dry stages on 3-cycle models

Install notes:

• Disconnect power at the breaker before servicing
• Remove inner door screws to access the control area and timer
