Description

This mechanical washer timer sequences and advances the machine through fill, wash/agitate, drain, and spin. Replacing a worn timer restores reliable cycle progression when the dial stalls, skips steps, or the washer won't start or finish cycles.

• Routes power to the motor, drain pump, and inlet valves at the correct times
• Advances the selected program using internal cams and switch contacts
• Common symptoms: cycle won't advance or stops mid-cycle; timer knob doesn't move or only advances by hand
• Also cause intermittent no-start or incorrect/agitation spin timing

What's included: 1 timer assembly Installation notes:

• Disconnect power before servicing
• Access timer from the control console; remove the knob/dial and mounting screws or tabs
• Transfer wires one at a time from the old timer to the new (take a photo for reference)
• Reinstall, ensure secure mounting, and test for proper cycle advancement
