Description

This Dryer Timer is the electromechanical control that sequences your dryer through timed and automatic cycles. Replacing a failing timer restores proper cycle advancement so the dryer starts, runs for the selected time, and shuts off as expected.

• Controls cycle selection and total run time in timed and auto-dry modes
• Advances the timer dial and switches internal contacts for motor and heat circuits
• Common symptoms of failure: timer not advancing, dryer runs continuously or won't shut off, stops mid-cycle, or only certain cycles work

What's included: 1 timer assembly Install notes:

• Disconnect power; turn off gas supply for gas models
• Access the control panel; remove the knob and rear cover to reach the timer
• Transfer wires one at a time from the old timer to the new to maintain correct connections
• Secure the timer, reinstall the dial/knob, restore power, and test all cycle settings
