James B Virginia Beach , VA March 28, 2015 Appliance: Model AP4028531 Washer timer stopped cycling through wash stages To fix the problem I determined it was the timer at fault and not any other component (i.e. lid switch, belt, etc.). I ordered the timer from appliancepartspro.com, it arrived in a couple days, and I took off the back panel to remove the defective part then replaced it with the new one. The washing machine is back to working order and I saved at least $500.00. Kelvin C Bunnell , FL October 05, 2014 Appliance: Model AP4028531 Timer switch I called the Appliance Repair Parts Store I usually use. I tried to order the part only to be told "it is no longer in production." I googled Maytag Repair Parts and Your Site came up. I called the 1-800 number shown, a very helpful Young Lady answered took care of the order and 36 hours later Fed Ex had a package waiting for me. Great Service, Quick Shipping, and a Fair Price. (The Appliance Repair Store quoted about the same price-"if it was still available," He said!) These are the reasons You are in My Favorites list in My Computer! I will come to You first from now on!
