Martina B Helotes , TX December 19, 2015 Appliance: Model WHIRLPOOL Top rack tracks and stoppers were broken I searched the model on Appliancepartspros.com and ordered the items needed with overnight shipping. My order came the next day :) All parts were in stock and came clearly labeled and orderly packaged. Within 10 minutes my dishwasher was back in business and I was one happy camper. I would order from here again anytime and attempt to fixt the issue myself. Much cheaper that having somebody come out, only to tell you that they have to order the parts and come back at a later time to fix the problem. Thank you appliancepartspro.com!!! John J Scott Depot , WV April 27, 2019 The upper dishrack track of ourWhirlpool dishwasher popped out of place We needed a new dishrack track and stopper. My husband used to order parts and make repairs but has some vision problems and told me I must take over. Our son suggested APP.com as he used your videos to install the dishwasher. I watched the video then ordered the two needed parts. When I couldn't get the stopper to snap in as shown on the video, I emailed APP. Jason very soon responded and checked to make sure I had the correct parts, and I did. He then said if the stopper was defective, the company would replace it. I compared it to the old one, and it looked fine. I just couldn't get the part to snap in. I could still CAREFULLY use the dishrack. After failing two more times to get the stopper in, I used the dishrack without it for over a month.. Then today I tried again and snapped it right in. I emailed Jason to share my success and to promise this positive review of your company. APP did your best, and thanks to your video and swift delivery of parts we still were able to use the dishwasher even though I was SLOW to install the stopper. Thanks to you, we saved a bundle of money. Read More... 1 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
