How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6005894 / WP2163835 Crisper Drawer Track

I tried to source the part from a local supply store, but after some misinformation from them and a long shipping time quote I placed my order with Appliancepartspros.com. The part came the day after I ordered it. Great transaction!!! 

I ordered the part that fits between the drawers, I watched the video, took everything out of the refrigerator that I needed to and then I cleaned the refrigerator, it took longer than fixing the problem, I took out the broken rod and put the new one in, put everything back together. Easy 

I was able to order the parts from appliance parts pros quickly and it was easy to find the right parts and watch the videos on how to install them (mainly the drawer tracker). I'm very happy with my order. :) 

After living with my crisper drawers sitting on the bottom of my fridge for years because I assumed the part was going to be very expensive and difficult to change, I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to swap out after watching the video and especial that that part was much cheaper than I imagined! I only wish I had looked sooner 

I ordered the new part. It arrived within about five days. Took out the bottom refrigerator shelf and drawers. Installed the new Crisper track and put everything back together. 

Order the part and removed the crisper drawers & top support unit as well as glass top. Removed broken part and replaced with the new bracket from Appliance Parts Pro. Snapped in place, no tools needed. Fit like a charm.

I replaced the part. At first I thought the whole shelf needed to be replaced and I couldn't find it. Then I searched the website and found out that the broken piece was called "crisper drawer track" and it could be replaced. I ordered it and installed it myself. It was super easy! I was beginning to think that I had to buy a new refrigerator. I'm so glad I found AppliancePartsPros.com.
