Dan W Grayslake , IL October 02, 2016 Appliance: Whirlpool Countertop Microwave 1.6 Cubic Feet WMC30516AS0 Microwave mistakenly turned on instead of the timer for 90 minutes there was an empty pyrex 2 cup glass in the center about 20 minutes into the time the cup base was orange and fused to the dish The shaft turn was melted and the bottom of the cup fused to the turn dish. This item has been backordered since July, 2014. The log jam finally broke and AppliancePro sent the replacement early this week. They are really customer oriented. Very competent orgaqnization. Floberto O Saint Petersburg , FL April 25, 2015 The plate in our microwave fell and broke In we contacted Appliance Parts Pro to replace it but the part and found the part was on back order and they did not know when it would be coming in. We ordered the part and waited. APP kept us informed by email as to the status of the part. after a 6 month wait they finally send us a email advising us the part had come in and it was on the way to our house. We are so impressed the professional way APP treated us and how they show that they cared about helping us with our problem.
