Dan W Grayslake , IL October 02, 2016 Appliance: Whirlpool Countertop Microwave 1.6 Cubic Feet WMC30516AS0 Microwave mistakenly turned on instead of the timer for 90 minutes there was an empty pyrex 2 cup glass in the center about 20 minutes into the time the cup base was orange and fused to the dish The shaft turn was melted and the bottom of the cup fused to the turn dish. This item has been backordered since July, 2014. The log jam finally broke and AppliancePro sent the replacement early this week. They are really customer oriented. Very competent orgaqnization.
