Not used but it was missing parts. I looked up what parts were missing called the manufacturer and they kind of blew me off, because I waited. So I ordered from Appliance Parts Pros. I had the parts within 3 days. The dishwasher works excellent and is brand new for a person who buys my home, Easy to order online came faster then they said and very reasonable priced.
