Description

This water inlet valve assembly controls water entering the washer, restoring proper fill cycles and helping stop unwanted leaks or overfilling. Replace a failed inlet valve to regain consistent, timed water fill during wash cycles. What it does:

• Opens and closes to let hot and/or cold water enter the machine during fill cycles.
• Can cause no-fill, slow-fill, or continuous-fill symptoms when failed.
• Drip or leak at the valve if seals or solenoids are worn.
• Works with the washer's control/timer to regulate fill volume and timing.
