Dennis G Dexter , MI June 11, 2018 Appliance: Jenn-Air Refrigerator JFC2087HRP My french door refrigerator was causing me to learn some new choice french words The door on our 12-15 year old Jenn Aire french door refrigerator was closing and opening quite roughly. Sometimes quite a bit of force was needed to open or close it. I noticed that the top guide as well as the guide on the muillion strip was worn. It didn't look too bad but I thought that it was worth a try to see if replacing that would work. For about a hundred bucks, my refrigerator feels like new again! It is so night and day that it's really not funny. (Also, I never would have thought in a million years that there is a small heating strip in a door muillion, but there is. It is a 10 watt wire that is used to keep condensation from forming on the seal, kind of interesting.)
