Daniel N Anderson , SC December 14, 2015 After 10 years of use i started to notice the dishes weren't getting as clean as i was used to i noticed that there seemed to be some holes clogged in the lower wash arm so i needed a new one I've ordered parts for appliances before on AppliancePartsPros.com but I didn't remember seeing the instructional videos, and I also found it very helpful to search for parts by what problem you are seeing. Looking at what others said about poor cleaning performance led me to watch a video about something called a docking station for the upper rack. I looked in mine and sure enough, the seals were worn and one was totally gone just like others reported, so I went ahead and ordered one of those too. The repairs were super easy. The docking station took zero tools and only a few seconds to swap out. The lower wash arm was one little nut that was easy to loosen with a pliers. The performance of the dishwasher is now MUCH more like what I was used to when it was new. David J A Sheboygan , WI December 19, 2020 Appliance: Model MDB7600AWW600AWB Dishes not always clean debris in lower wash arm. Replaced worn wash impeller and replaced lower wash arm. Also cleaned suction screen below impeller assembly. After repairs we ran the Affresh Dishwasher Cleaner and now our dishwasher is working like a new one.
