Daniel N Anderson , SC December 14, 2015 After 10 years of use i started to notice the dishes weren't getting as clean as i was used to i noticed that there seemed to be some holes clogged in the lower wash arm so i needed a new one I've ordered parts for appliances before on AppliancePartsPros.com but I didn't remember seeing the instructional videos, and I also found it very helpful to search for parts by what problem you are seeing. Looking at what others said about poor cleaning performance led me to watch a video about something called a docking station for the upper rack. I looked in mine and sure enough, the seals were worn and one was totally gone just like others reported, so I went ahead and ordered one of those too. The repairs were super easy. The docking station took zero tools and only a few seconds to swap out. The lower wash arm was one little nut that was easy to loosen with a pliers. The performance of the dishwasher is now MUCH more like what I was used to when it was new.
