Jennifer S Lexington , KY August 21, 2015 Three way cold water valve not working Having paid repairmen lots of $$$ in the past to fix our appliances, we decided to try a combination of Google and Youtube to diagnose our problem. Our Maytag Neptune Front Load Washer was filling with cold water, even when the washer's power was disconnected. We had to turn off the water to stop the overflow. We searched on the problem and learned from the comments on AppliancePartsPros.com that this is an easy DIY fix. We found a video on Youtube explaining how to make the repair. I was able to replace the valve in about 15 minutes while my husband was out of town. (Feeling pretty proud of myself). :) Saved a ton of money. By the way, I ordered the part one afternoon and it arrived the next afternoon. Prompt shipping!! Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes Tools: Pliers, Screwdrivers
