Erik G Palo Alto , CA April 29, 2025 Appliance: KitchenAid Undercounter Dishwasher KUDS01IJBS0 One of the rollers on the upper rack popped off if it's axel Shoved it together at the time, and ordered new wheel and axel. When they showed up, pulled the upper rack off of it's tracks, removed old axel. Installing the new axel + wheel was a bit tricky. There isn't anything to hold onto with the wheel in place. I ordered the parts and got on YOUTUBE to watch a video of how to take off the old part and put on the new part. To my surprise, the adjuster kit had gone through a design change which is why I had to go on YOUTUBE to see how to take off the old part and then assemble and put on the new part. This probably took about a half-hour to assemble. Actually, my husband was doing one side as I was doing the other and this worked quite nicely. We had to use a star wrench from our Ring Doorbell on the screws. Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes
