Steve M Allenstown , NH September 14, 2026 Appliance: Model 665.12763K311 The upper rack kept falling off rollers wouldn't stay in the tracks it was worn out I ordered the upper rack adjuster kit for my Kenmore dishwasher. While a few of the new parts looked different than what was on there, the man advised me it was absolutely the right part and would fit, and he was right! The first side I did took 15 minutes, because I was trying to put it in the wrong place, but I re-watched the helpful video and got it. The second side took 5 minutes max. The upper rack slides perfectly, and it cost maybe a quarter of what an appliance repair company would have charged. Easy peasy, the videos are a big help.
