After assessing the problem I was able to order the required parts easily online. They were delivered in three business days and I installed them in less than thirty minute. Barry S Fort Myers , FL May 19, 2020 Appliance: Whirlpool Dishwasher WDT720PADM2 Door wouldn't close because top rack was tilted. The rollers on the top rack were meant to be adjustable, but the front left roller wouldn't lock in position. Replacing the roller assembly solved the problem. You have to do some minor acrobatics to remoe/replace the assembly. Also be careful removing the plastic end cap on the rail guide. If you're forcing anything you're doing it wrong. Read More...
