Harry A Fernandina Beach , FL May 06, 2016 Control board not working oven would not heat up Called Kitchenaid authorized service center to diagnosis and repair the oven. After a month of them unable to get the part through their contracted suppliers I took it upon myself to locate the part. I got the part number and did an online search for the part; AppliancesPartsPro came up immediately and they had the part in stock. Received the part next day and had the service center put it in a couple days later. If not for AppliancePartsPro I would still be without an oven; 3 days from finding the part to having it replaced after waiting weeks. Will use again if the need is required. Read More...
