This Thermal Fuse is an OEM part for Bosch Wall Ovens. It acts as a safety mechanism, designed to interrupt the electrical connection if the oven's temperature exceeds the safe limit.

What Causes a Bad Thermal Fuse:
Overheating due to issues like a malfunctioning thermostat or restricted airflow can cause the thermal fuse to blow. This interruption prevents the oven from operating at dangerously high temperatures, reducing the risk of fire.

Symptoms of a Bad Thermal Fuse:

• No response or display on the control panel
