Over time, due to excessive wear and tear, the grill unit can become inoperable. If the grill on the stovetop is no longer heating or turning on, it might be time to replace it. Luckily, replacing this part is a fairly simple process.To begin, start by unplugging the stove. After the power has been cut, lift the grill top grates from the stove. Once removed, locate the grill unit and pull it outward to release the attached prongs connected to the stove. After releasing the old unit, align the new grill unit's prongs to the openings on the stove and attach them.
