Alfred for Model Number shu3322uc/u12 The soap dispenser was not opening. I replaced the wax motor. Watched the motor during the wash cycle and it didn't move. Checked the voltage with the wires disconnected from the motor and it was 39-42v. Should that be enough to make the piston move? If so presumably this "new" wax motor is no good (how can I check?). If not what do I do?
