Kevin for Model Number Sgs69T02EU07 Hi, when I set to auto 55-65 or auto 35-45 and run the washer water sometimes doesn't fill the machine. The bosch technician came with 2 parts a heating board and the pump hose for attachment to the tap. I had to go run some errand didn't see what he did. Says he tested the two parts and both were ok. Says left side panel was full of water. Says problem could be recirculation pump. Sometimes problem is intermittent water does fill up sometime it doesn't. If it does fill the rinsing or cleaning is bad. Leaving stains. the last part of the cycle where machine drains but doesnt refill. Could this be due to a bad recirculating pump ?
Answer Kevin, The recirculation pump most likely would not cause the issue with the unit. The things that would most likely cause this issue would be a bad water valve, a bad control board or the connector that connects to the sink. Read More...
