For Bosch Dishwasher Circulation Pump And Motor Assembly (Part Number: OEM11526702)

Al for Model Number Bosch SHV66A03UC/14 dishwasher

Will this circulation pump work with SHV66A03UC/14? Water flows into the machine, a bowl in the bottom rack gets full, a bowl in the top rack stays empty. Water drains out of the machine. I've already cleaned the filters and spray arms. When I open the washer, I see low water pressure coming out of the bottom spray arm. I'm assuming this is the part I need to replace based on the troubleshooting, but just need to confirm that this part works with my washer. I would hate to replace this trusty washer with new ones that don't last as long due to not being able to find a replacement circulation pump.

Thank you for your question Al. Unfortunately, the circulation motor 00437345 for the model number provided has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available. When there is low water pressure in a dishwasher but there are no clogs, the motor usually is the cause of failure.

Robert, the capacitor of the motor assembly 00442548 can be tested for capacitance after it has been discharged and it should measure 35uF. The motor windings can also be tested for voltage input from the control and it should have 120VAC during the wash phase when measuring from the pink wire to the white wire.

Camilo, it is recommended that the base pan be inspected for water that may be causing the leak sensor to trip. If there is, the water would need to be cleared and the dishwasher ran while observing the base for indications of where the water is coming from.

Shaun for Model Number SHX43C02UC/46

Dishwasher fills normally, but circulation pump does not start. No leaks of any kind. Float switch was replaced several years ago. Don't think I hear anything from the circulation pump, no humming, nothing. All lights on control panel are working normally. Dishwasher drains normally. Actually goes through all the cycles normally, just never turns on the circulation pump. The last two times it ran, I did notice the dishes were not quite as hot as usual, but I always run in the eco/no heat mode. Is this a bad pump or something else? And is there a way to test for power at the motor by testing the controls board so I don't have to take everything apart to get to the motor? Thank you!

Shaun, the control 00676967 will send 120VAC to the motor 00442548. The four-wire connector can be tested from the pink wire to the white wire while the motor should be operating. If voltage is present, the motor has likely failed.

Greg for Model Number exnergf@hotmail.com

Bosch Dishwasher Model SHE46C06UC/22 Dishwasher has worked flawlessly and impressively for 10 years+. "Circulation pump now does not run" in any operating control mode. Controller display digital displays normally and indicator turns on when pushing on/off button as normal with door latch closed and counts down cycle time as normal and drain pump operates OK in discharge mode. No unusual noises or "burnt motor" smell. Initially did not see water filling so replaced water inlet valve (solenoid asm) as well as float switch on side of door. Water filling is now OK, but no circulating pump operation. How do I know whether problem is the circulating pump/motor assembly or the controller? Without a wiring/electrical diagram I cannot tell what terminal on the controller goes to the circulating pump. Must I pull dishwasher out, plug back in electrically and check motor/pump input terminals for 120 VAC with VOM with unit turned ON (with rubber gloves on of course)?

1 Answer

Greg, There should be a wiring diagram on the leg of the base of the unit. It would be best to check at the control board but you could pull the unit and check at the motor as well and if there is no power then the control board would be the issue and if there is power then the pump will be the issue.

Ron, The wiring should be the same and it would be recommended to check to see if there is 120 vac getting to the motor. If there is not then the control board or wiring will be the issue and if there is then you received a bad motor.

Bonita, It would be recommended to test to see if there is 120 Vac to the drain pump. If there is then check for obstructions in the pump and if there is not then replace the drain pump. If there is no power to the pump then it would be a faulty control board.

Vern, unfortunately, the manufacturer has discontinued the circulation motor 00239144 designed for the model number provided. As this is the case, we would not be able to provide any wiring information for the circulation pump 00442548 as it is not designed to operate with this model.
