Dan for Model Number SHE55M06UC/53 Bosch dishwasher has water coming out of the lower swing arm, but it does not rotate. Not receiving any water from the upper rack swing arm or the upper spray nozzle. Checked the swing arm outlets and the filters for cleanliness. Impetller looks good. It takes mild force to rotate, but not binding. Am I looking at a new pump or what else shoudl I check?
