Jim for Model Number SHX43C02UC/46 Dishwasher starts normally with the drain pump, then fills, but instead of starting the circulation pump next, it just makes a loud whining noise (similar to accelerating a car in neutral) and won't run or circulate water. Is this a failed circulation pump or something else? The float switch was replaced approximately one year ago. Drain pump is also relatively new. Thanks.
