Jim for Model Number SHX43C02UC/46 Replaced Circulation Pump and Motor Assembly. Drains and fills normally, but circulation pump still won't run, only makes a couple clicks (sounds like solenoid) and very soft humming noise. I doubt this is the pump as it is brand new. Triple checked wiring, all looks good. What could this be? And how do I confirm it's not the pump? Thank you.
